What we built - together

We didn't just build a restaurant, but a concept with a clear brand and identity. A brand, a thought-through guest journey and an operational setup that makes it possible to run and repeat the experience - in an administrative setup that enables reduced staffing through automation.

Background and collaboration

Many restaurants don't fail on the product, but on structure. Booking, capacity management and operations become manual fire drills, and the brand becomes inconsistent across touchpoints.

Together with the founder, we defined a clear concept and built the digital and operational structure around it: brand, website, booking flows and documented digital operating principles.

Our role was to ensure that the idea could work in practice - and form the basis for future repetition and scaling.

Gancio is today close to going live and with focus on consistency, quality and further development, the foundation for success is fully in place.
