What we built - together

We started with a challenge - not a feature list. Together with the founder, we investigated where structure broke down in daily operations at social care institutions, and shaped a product from there. The result is a modular SaaS platform with five modules, a clear brand, a pricing model and a go-to-market strategy that delivered 29+ active sales dialogues and the first paying customer within 8 weeks from sales launch. On top of that, strategic partnerships with a major accounting firm and a consulting house - because scaling requires more than cold outreach.

The platform is deliberately built modularly. As Kompas talks to more care institutions, the product is shaped and adapted based on the actual challenges in operations. Development doesn't stop at launch - it accelerates.

Background and collaboration

The starting point was a well-known problem: leaders made decisions on outdated data, fragmented between Excel, ERP and manual reports. This created uncertainty, extra administration and risk in a heavily regulated sector.

Together with the founder, we defined market, position and business model - and built a platform that gathers data in one place, provides real-time insights and full traceability.

Our role was to transform domain insight into a scalable product and a healthy company: from product and platform design to go-to-market, brand, pricing and establishment of operations and governance.

Today Kompas is in active operation with paying customers and a growing pipeline. Strategic partnerships with an accounting firm and a consulting house open up scaling through channels that reach far beyond cold outreach.

The vision behind Kompas is simple: less administration, more care. That mission we share not only with the founder - we share it with the care institutions themselves. Every dialogue, every new module and every adaptation brings the platform closer to the reality where leaders spend less time on Excel and more time on the people it's all about.
