We built an operational SaaS company from idea to pilot in a few weeks. A unified platform where financial and operational data meet in real-time dashboards, where compliance requirements are handled automatically as an integrated part of operations, and where benchmarking with similar institutions is one click away.
Background and collaboration
The starting point was a well-known problem: leaders made decisions on outdated data, fragmented between Excel, ERP and manual reports. This created uncertainty, extra administration and risk in a heavily regulated sector.
Together with the founder, we defined market, position and business model - and built a platform that gathers data in one place, provides real-time insights and full traceability.
Our role was to transform domain insight into a scalable product and a healthy company: from product and platform design to go-to-market, brand, pricing and establishment of operations and governance.
Today Kompas-Indsigt is in active operation - with ongoing development based on user needs.
